この度、マクロビオティックによる無料健康相談をインターネットでも募集開始しました。

がんなどの重い病気や難病から、便秘や下痢といったものまで気軽にお待ちしています。

マクロビオティックという言葉に馴染みがない方は、このページ及び「勉強」カテゴリにあるマクロビオティックについての説明を読んでいただいた上で宜しくお願い致します。

 

マクロビオティックでは「陰陽」というものを基準にしています。

陰陽というのは古代の中国から始まった思想で、物事には全て、陰と陽の性質があり、この世界＝宇宙は陰と陽の二つの要素から構成され、

陰と陽との相互作用で世界＝宇宙のあらゆる事象が起こるという考え方です。

例えば、男と女、昼と夜、動と静など、私たちの周りにある全てのことが陰と陽の性質に分けられます。

陰陽の対極に位置している男女は、それゆえに互いに引きつけ合い、昼は正午で陽を極めた後、陰である夜へと向かって変化していくといった具合で、

陰と陽は絶対的なもの、固定したものではなく、相手によって陰陽の度合いや性質を変え、常に変化し転移していくダイナミックなものです。

ひとつ気をつけてほしいのは、陰気・陽気という言葉などのイメージから「陰は暗そうだから悪い」「陽は明るそうだから良い」と思われがちですが、陰陽は善悪のような価値判断を表すものではありません。

この世の全てのものが持っている性質を「陰」と「陽」の二つに分けて考える為の基準だと考えて下さい。

 

そしてマクロビオティックでは、陰にも陽にも大きく振れない、陰陽のバランスがとれた食生活が良いというのが基本の考え方です。

陰、または陽にかたよりができることで病気になってしまいます。

皆さんは「マクロビオティック」というものにどんなイメージを持っていますか？

大体の方は「肉や魚、卵、砂糖や甘いものを食べない玄米菜食」というイメージではないでしょうか。

なぜ肉などの動物性のものや砂糖を使った甘いものを食べないのか？

陰陽の面から言いますと、これらは陰陽の性質が極端に強いものだからです。

玄米などの精製していない穀物は非常にバランスがとれていますので主食になっています。

 

マクロビオティックでは、ほとんどの病気の原因は食事にあると考えています。

不健康な環境条件や、電磁波などの不自然な人工環境になども勿論、病気の原因ではあります。

それらに対処するためにも、普段とっている食べ物によって抵抗力や調和力を高めていかなければなりません。

現代医学は、病状であるウイルスを化学薬品で攻撃して壊滅させようとします。

それに対してマクロビオティックは、血液を浄化し、自然治癒力を回復させ、自然の抵抗力を増加させてウイルスの活動を抑えたり、消滅させたりし、ウイルスに冒されない健全な体をつくろうというものです。

病気はありがたいもの

人間は、自然が生み出したものです。

ですから自然の仕組みや動きに対して素直になれば、人間は病気になるはずがないのです。

しかし現実には、病気があとを絶ちません。

人間が自然の動きに順応して、素直に生き、自己中心的な考え方を捨てれば、病気にはかからないものです。

しかし自然に背いて自己中心的な生活を送っても、自然は決して見捨てず、病気という症状を起こさせて調節しようとします。

病気というのは、じつは自然が、私たちを自然に合うように調節しているのです。

不必要なものを過剰にとれば、体外に排泄しようとします。

それが、咳、鼻汁、下痢、発熱、皮膚アレルギーなどの症状にあらわれます。

そこで自己中心的な考え方を捨てて、食事を自然に合ったマクロビオティック食にあらため、大食を避ければ、病状という不自然な方法で排泄する必要がなくなります。

心身の状態が自然と調和して、病状が消えていきます。

体と精神の仕組みを理解し、きちんと自己管理をすれば、病気を防ぎ、精神を発達させることができます。

エゴや我欲といった自己中心的な考え方を、感謝する心に変えていけばいいのです。

自分は生きているのではなく、宇宙、自然、人びとによって生かされていると考えることです。

感謝の気持ちを持つことは、あらゆる不幸が解消される基本です。

病気は不幸なことだと考えている人が大勢いますが、それは自己中心的な考え方にとりつかれているからです。

病気は決して不幸なものではありません。

逆に、病気はすばらしいものだと考えてください。
