【勉強】久司道夫のマクロビオティック入門編〜その11〜

 

P117~〈第4章 美しさと食生活〉

 

・食生活は顔を変えてしまいます(P132~136)

最近の人を見ていると、昔に比べて、顔が急速に変わってきていることに気付く。

①目と眉がつり上がってきている

眉毛の角度は、生まれる前にお母さんがどんな食事をしていたのかということに関連する。

動物性の食品、特に肉ばかりを食べていると、眉や目のつり上がった子供が生まれやすい。

②鼻の先が赤く膨れている

このような鼻をしている人は、心臓が弱くなる傾向がある。

原因は、清涼飲料水やお菓子などで甘いものを取り過ぎているか、アルコールの取り過ぎ。

③眉間に縦じわがある

これは肝臓が悪い人の特徴で、肝臓に脂肪がたまっている状態。

原因となるのは食べ過ぎ、特に動物性食品やアルコールの取り過ぎ。

④口が大きい

口の大きさの標準は、小鼻の幅と同じ。

ルネッサンス時代の絵や彫刻、日本の浮世絵を見ても分かるが、昔の人は今の人よりも口が小さい。

口が大きくなった原因は、ミネラル不足にあり、農薬のかかった野菜や砂糖などの取り過ぎで、今の人はミネラル不足になりやすい。

⑤小さくて尖った耳

昔の人は今よりも大きな耳をしており、しかも耳たぶが大きかった。

これも原因は、肉食とミネラル不足。

こうした点が、最近の若い人に増えている顔の特徴で、猛々しい印象、少し悪魔を連想してしまう。

実際、印象だけでなく、いつもイライラし、すぐに乱暴をしてしまう若い人が増えている。

 

・冷え性は食事で改善します(P136~139)

最近の若い人には冷え性が増えているが、これは甘いものの取り過ぎによって、低血糖症になっている為。

甘いものの取り過ぎで、低血糖症になりやすい理由は二つある。

第一に、単糖類・二糖類は体温を上げるのも速いが、その効果がなくなって体温が下がるのも速い。

これはお酒を飲んだ時と似ており、アルコールを飲むと急に体が熱くなるが、後で必ず冷えてくる。

もう一つの理由は、甘いものを取ると、どうしても血液が薄くなることにある。

血液が薄くなるというのは、単糖類・二糖類を取ると、ミネラル分やたんぱく質、ビタミンなどが不足してくるという意味で、不足するとどうしても体が冷たくなる。

これを改善するのによいのは、野菜の甘い煮汁(かぼちゃや人参、キャベツ、玉ねぎなどを煮た汁)を飲むのが効果的。

低血糖症は膵臓の働きが弱っていることからきているが、野菜の甘い煮汁はその働きをよくしてくれる。

また、小豆とかぼちゃを昆布と一緒に煮た「小豆かぼちゃ」も大変効果があり、体を温かくしてくれる。

玄米ご飯の味噌雑炊なども、血行をよくして体を温めてくれる。

冷え性の場合は、うどんやそばなどの麺類を食べる時、七味唐辛子などの香辛料を少し利かせるのもいい。

香辛料はあまり多く取ると害もあるが、冷え性の人にはこうしたものを少し取ることで、体を温めてくれる効果がある。

生野菜を食べるのは、体を冷やすのでおすすめできない。少し火を通し、温サラダにした方がいい。

飲み物については、カフェインが入っているコーヒーや緑茶などは避けた方がいい。

こうした飲み物は一時的に体温を上げるが、すぐに下がってくる。

くき茶や三年番茶、麦茶などのカフェインの少ないものを選ぶ方がいい。

 

・便秘や月経不順と陰陽バランス(P139~141)

便秘の女性は多いが、その原因は二つに分かれる。

一つは、食事のバランスが崩れ、陽性が強過ぎる場合。

陽性が強過ぎると腸が縮んでしまう。

塩分の取り過ぎや、乾燥したクラッカーやクッキーなどが原因。

こうした場合は腸を緩める必要があり、プルーンや林檎の煮たものや、寒天などがおすすめ。

逆に陰性が強過ぎる(甘いものの取り過ぎなど)と、腸が緩み過ぎてしまい、これも便秘になる。

そばには腸を引き締める効果があるのでよい。

このように便秘の原因は陰陽のバランスの崩れであることが多いので、基本的には標準食を取ることでバランスを取れば自然と解消していく。

塩分を中庸にし、繊維類の多い野菜や海藻を食べることが効く。

月経不順の場合も、基本的に標準食で改善される。

月経は、女性の体の中で陰陽の現象が交互に起こっていると考えられる。

ですから、女性には陰性の時期と陽性の時期があると思って下さい。

体が陰性になろうとしている時期に、極端に陽性の食事をしていると、これを邪魔してしまう。(逆の場合も同じ)

標準食を取っていると陰陽のバランスが取れていくので、月経不順や痛みなどは解消されていくが、注意したいのは、夜食をしないこと。

夜食をしているとどうしても生理に悪影響がある。

また、月経で苦しんでいる人の場合、標準食を始めると一時的に生理がストップすることがあるが、数か月するとちゃんと生理が始まるので心配ない。

それからは順調なサイクルになる。

生理痛のひどい人の場合は、大体が二、三か月で痛みが消えていく。

女性の体にとって、食事の陰陽は特に重要。

 

・第4章のまとめ(P142)

  ミネラルとたんぱく質、たんぱく質とでんぷんが「一対七」で肌は美しくなります。

  ほくろやソバカスは、主に砂糖などの燃えカスです。

  食物の皮と食材や調理の穏やかさが、肌を美しくします。

  陰陽のバランスが崩れると、髪にダメージが出ます。

  不自然な食生活は、人の顔から本来の美しさを奪います。

  冷え性は砂糖類の取りすぎです。

  便秘や月経不順など女性に多い悩みは、標準食で解決します。
